KSS54X Infrared Hydrocarbon Sensor

1. Overview

KSS54X infrared CH4 sensor module is a gas sensor module using NDIR infrared absorption detection principle, which determines the concentration according to the absorption of infrared gas. KSS54X adopts imported light source, optical cavity with special structure and dual-channel detector to realize space dual optical path reference compensation. Microprocessors perform signal acquisition, processing, and output. KSS54X has good selectivity, high sensitivity, no oxygen dependence, long life, low power consumption; With temperature control and pressure compensation function; It also has UART, 485 output and analog current/voltage output, which is convenient for customers to various applications.

Installation instructions

The sensor is installed with a reference structure diagram with a positioning hole spacing and an aperture of 3.5mm.

The wiring socket spacing is 2.54mm.

4.Methods of matters that should be paid attention to in maintenance

The sensor should be calibrated regularly, not more than 3 months is recommended.

Do not use the sensor for a long time in an environment with a high density of dust.

Please use the sensor within the range of the sensor's power supply.
