Introduction

KUM2500A a sensor device that uses ultrasonic detection technology to measure the non-contact liquid level height of oil and liquid substances. Intelligent temperature drift compensation, to ensure that the output value of the corresponding liquid level at different temperatures is the same, temperature drift compensation is required, the sensor is placed in a constant temperature box, the temperature changes continuously from -40°C to 80°C, and detailed data is recorded to obtain a temperature drift change table; High linearity: built-in intelligent processing chip, which can set corresponding parameters according to the vehicle's operating road conditions to overcome the problem of data fluctuations.

Working Principle
KUM2500A ultrasonic level sensor uses the ultrasonic echo ranging principle. The sensor is installed on the outer surface of the bottom of the fuel tank, and sends out ultrasonic signals from the bottom. When it encounters the liquid surface, it reflects back, and then calculates the liquid level height according to the time and speed. At the same time, combined with digital signal processing technology, it overcomes the influence of the container wall, realizes high-precision non-contact measurement of the liquid level in the container, and can meet the requirements of industrial applications in application.
