Particularly well-suited for measuring high-viscosity mediums like heavy oil, polyvinyl alcohol, and resin, it efficiently divides the fluid into known volume portions through a mechanical measuring element. The total volume of the fluid is then determined based on the number of times the measuring chamber fills and discharges these volume portions successively and repeatedly.

This oval gear flow meter is specifically tailored for measuring liquid flow rates with a viscosity ranging from 300 to 2000 mPa·s, operating within pipelines subject to certain pressure conditions and temperatures ranging from -10°C to +100°C.
