    The capacitive liquid level sensor consists of two main components: the sensor probe and transmitter. The structure varies based on application requirements.

    A: Sensor probe that extends into the container or measuring tube

    B & C: Gas phase and liquid phase connection flanges for equipment interface

    Installation Note: Always open the gas phase valve first, followed by the liquid phase valve to prevent measurement errors from liquid level fluctuations. Ensure cable connections are secure and corrosion-resistant. Regular maintenance includes periodic draining (1-2 times weekly for dirty media, monthly for cleaner media).

    Standard Installation:

    Connect the gas-liquid phase flanges to equipment flanges with gaskets and bolts. Ensure outlet pipes are clean and sealing surfaces intact before installation.

    Note: Add valves between instrument and equipment flanges for easier maintenance.

    Calibration Procedure
