The Beckhoff KL9020 E-Bus Terminal Module serves as an end termination for bus terminal blocks, compatible with the standard KL9010. It enables Ethernet connectivity via an RJ45 plug, converting K-bus signals to RS485 for seamless data transmission. Powered through the K-bus, the module requires no additional configuration beyond connecting a 24 V supply and Ethernet cable. It forms a functional unit with at least one KL9050 module, leveraging the bus coupler for diagnostics and commissioning. Ideal for industrial automation, it offers 500 V electrical isolation and supports power contacts up to 24 V DC/10 A.
