Product Introduction
The 49C Series is a high-performance diffuse reflection sensor
utilizing background suppression technology to ensure precise
object detection across varying surfaces. Engineered for
reliability, it minimizes black-white detection errors to <10%
within a 1200 mm range, making it ideal for industrial automation
tasks. With a wide operating range (0.005–3 m for white surfaces,
0.02–2 m for gray, and 0.05–1.5 m for black), the sensor adapts to
diverse materials. Powered by a red LED light source (630 nm
wavelength), it features dual relay outputs, transient protection,
and a rugged IP67-rated housing, ensuring consistent performance in
harsh environments from -40°C to 60°C.
