Product Introduction

The Laser Dust Meter KGD - YQ - 525 is a high - performance instrument for monitoring dust concentration. Based on the principle of forward laser scattering, the system has an embedded highly stable laser signal source and adopts a sampling method of extraction, heating, and return. The whole process from extraction, measurement to emission is heated, effectively eliminating the interference of water vapor in humid flue gas and obtaining more accurate data on the concentration of smoke dust (particulate matter). The system uses isokinetic sampling control and an adaptive grading method, which can complete the measurement of particulate matter at different concentrations. It is especially suitable for continuous measurement under ultra - low range and high - humidity dew - forming conditions. It can be widely applied to particulate matter monitoring scenarios in fields such as flue gas emissions, process control, hygiene, safety, and scientific research. The product has extremely high detection sensitivity and can continuously and stably obtain correct data for a long time in harsh environments such as high temperature, low temperature, high humidity, high dust, wind, rain, and lightning.
