Product Introduction

Based on the principle of laser Raman scattering, the KGD - MQ - 502 enhances, collects, processes and identifies the characteristic Raman scattering spectra of the measured gases, enabling qualitative and quantitative analysis of multiple types of gases simultaneously. The system is designed for in - situ installation and measurement, and can conduct continuous on - line non - destructive gas analysis of nearly 20 components at the same time. Equipped with a Raman sampling probe, it adopts a positive - pressure explosion - proof design, which is safe and durable. It has a second - level response, eliminating the need for long waiting.

• Non - destructive gas analysis, including homonuclear diatomic analysis (H₂, N₂, O₂).
• Capable of continuous on - line monitoring of multiple gases simultaneously. One instrument can solve the full - process monitoring of industrial process gases.
• Equipped with a Raman probe. There is no need to extract gas for measurement in the instrument, and no consumables (chromatographic columns, valves, air pumps, etc.) are required.
• The instrument has a positive - pressure explosion - proof design, a long maintenance cycle, and high safety. Toxic and flammable gases will not enter the analysis process.
• Intelligent software design with a full - touch screen interface. Data is displayed intuitively, and an external PC keyboard can be connected.
