The KTG114-C flue oxygen analyzer can detect the oxygen content in furnaces in real time

Introduction

The KTG114-C flue oxygen analyzer can detect in real time the oxygen content in the gases exhausted after the combustion in furnaces, annealing furnaces, heating furnaces, lead-free soldering furnaces and various technological processes. It adopts an original imported zirconia sensor from Germany, and the measurement and control system uses the latest single-chip microcomputer calculation and control system with LED display. It features high accuracy, fast response, stable performance, complete functions, convenient operation and continuous gas analysis process.

(1) Adopts a direct-insert integrated design, with a simple structure and convenient use.

(2) No need for a reference gas and is not affected by the external environment.

(3) Quick calibration. It can be calibrated with air at one point, and no standard gas is required.

(4) The original imported zirconia sensor has a fast response speed, high resolution and good accuracy.

(5) Simple operation, supporting button and remote control operations, and has a one-key calibration function.

(6) Long service life. The service life of the sensor is not less than 50,000 hours.
