KCW104 Automatic Softening Water Device

Introduction

It uses the principle of ion exchange to remove calcium, magnesium and other ions in water, thus softening the water quality and making it difficult for equipment such as boilers, pipelines and chillers to scale.

Working Principle

The water softener uses sodium - type cation exchange resin to remove calcium and magnesium ions in water, reducing the hardness of the raw water. By reducing the hardness, it can avoid the scaling phenomenon of carbonates in pipelines, containers and boilers. It can greatly save investment costs while ensuring the smooth progress of production. At present, it has been widely applied to the circulating make - up water of various equipment and systems such as steam boilers, hot water boilers, heat exchangers, steam condensers, air conditioners and direct - fired machines.
